One Life Japan provides active, educational customizable bicycle and walking tours in rural Japan. We use bicycles as a vehicle for exploration of culture and expanding comfort-zones.

The OneLife Japan home base is located in the northern most area of Nagano prefecture - worlds away from the sprawling cities of the east coast in terms of culture and environment, yet connected by ultra efficient transportation system. The starting point for most trips is within three hours from Tokyo.

The majority of our trips are organized in this region, however we also provide trips closer to the Kyoto / Osaka area upon request and in early spring or late autumn.
